General:
Right, by now everyone should know that we have Team meets every Tuesday and that I'm encouraging members to be on time or at least let me know if they're unable to attend any meetings.  If it turns out that not many people will attend a certain meeting, we can always reschedule or focus on something else depending on who turns up.

We aim to cover concepts/discussions in the first hour of the meeting to blast out what needs to be discussed and for the next hour or so it could be ironing production management or anything else that takes less priority.

Google +:
We've been experimenting with using Google+ as a meeting tool and I have to say it's very impressive and the quality is much better than Skype.  For example, everyone in Google Hangout can screen share; highly to use in aid of explaining story concepts and stuff to everyone else and unlike Skype, I don't have to pay premium membership to use that feature in a group call XD.  However not everyone can use Google + since your computer's OS need to be above a certain version XD.

Regarding the Wednesday meetings:
It's been several months since the meetings on Wednesdays have been in effect and so far it's not been as successful as intended.  The plan now is to keep Wednesdays as bi-weekly (or similar) script-surgery meetings and production meetings if need be.  The main meetings will still take place on Tuesdays and there's a proposal for having monthly catch up meetings on this date.  The original aim of having the Wednesday meetings was it being a mini catch up meeting for those who miss or couldn't catch the Tuesday meetings.  At the moment it's counter productive and it involves a lot of repeated explanations.

For those who usually attend the Wednesday meetings, we suggest perhaps catching up on the forums in that way.  I know it's difficult at the moment because we're still trying to iron out all the kinks and perfect a streamlined development progress so please bare with us!

Really sorry for not updating this group as much now since I've started a new job! And a lot of stuff's been happening that requires my attention >.<.  Either way, be sure to keep up to date with the forums and do let us know if you can't attend a meeting and /or going to be late.  Things are getting serious now and a little push is what's needed!

I apologise for the hiccup last week; stuff's been happening but the main update I'd like to mention is that I've finished writing the overall plot for HW so it's ready to be ripped to pieces and improved.

Oh and...there's a meeting like...now lol.
